Fabio Bertoni has been responsible for all aspects of baking in the Bertoni Family Company that was established in 1918 for more than 30 years. His passion was passed on to him by his father as a child, and it continues to grow.

His passion and energy took him to the highest level and he has now marketed his brand all over the worlds as his bakeries appear in all areas of the globe.
